      Johnny O's 80's Greatest Hits

      Greensleeves release a new instalment of their Most Wanted series on CD in September. This time the focus is the dancehall output of Johnny Osbourne, from early 80’s classics like Fally Ranking to tough digital offerings from later in the decade.       Classic Truth And Rights

      Heartbeat Records are going to (re-)re-issue one of the greatest ever Studio One LP’s on CD, Truth And Rights by Johnny Osbourne.

      Out of 8 July the orginal LP was released in 1979 and is a classic of the early Dancehall period, Heartbeat put it out before in the early 90’s with a different cover and the original 10 tracks.

      Collecting 7″ vinyl singles in little boxes is a popular marketing gimmick for record companies these days. The latest Reggae seller to get in on the act is Greensleeves with a nice little seven single release called Rewind And Come Again.
