	The checker board style label was used heavily between 1977 and 1979 possibly only on the presses at Dynamic Sounds Studio. Two releases on the Abbysinnians Clinch Records. The classic Satta Massa Gana and a second version, Satta Me No Born Yah, credited to Jah Satta but is actually by Bernard Collins. Though the original issue of Satta Massa Gana was from 1969 the two issues illustrated date from the latter part of the 70's. See part 5 for another Clinch release.
	Pay the Price by Dave Robinson on the Mighty Diamonds Bad Gong label, from 1977. See part 7 for more Bad Gong issues. Dream Lover Babe by The Jewels on Cash And Carry records from 1979.
	Two issues on Prince Far I's Cry Tuff imprint. Love By Every One by Prince Far I from 1979 and Carol Kalphat's African Land from the year before.
	Ordinary Natty by Jah Mohammed on Corner Stone Records from 1977. Crying In Babylon by Prince Arrow (actually Prince Heron) on Earthquake Records from 1978. There is a second Earthquake label on page 5 but they are not connected.
	A 12" release of Love In The Ghetto/Ghetto Love by Linval Thompson and Trinity of Prince Tony's Frontline Records from circa 1978. The label name and fist design are taken from UK Virgin's Frontline Reggae label with which Prince Tony had close business associations. Black Star Liner by U Brown on the artists own Hit Sound Records, on the Death In The Arena rhythm and issued in 1978. See part 7 for more Hit Sound releases.
	Boy And Girl by Jah Thomas a Doctor Alimantado production from 1978. A self production by Peter Lewis on Itana Records, Facts Of Life from 1979. Peter Lewis also recorded with Paul Johnson as Peter And Paul, most notably for Roy Cousins.
	Big Youth sings Love Jah With All My Heart and chat Can't Tahke Wah Happen On A West on his own Negusa Nagast label, both from 1979.
	Hollow Gow by U Brown as Little U Brown on the Nigger Kojak label from 1979. A self production from Nigger Kojak, Nice Up Jamaica, on the Real Rock rhythm.
	Another 12" release, on Iration Records, Lonely Walk by Albert Malawi. A Danny Dread production on Papa Roots Records, Jamaican Rockers Hop by Ranking Trevor And Nicodemus.
