Warfare takes the rhythm track of Hook Up (UN533A), itself a version of Slim Smith’s Everybody Needs Love and adds a spoken intro, sound effects and deejay chat, possibly by Count Machuki. This is apparently a Randy’s production and not Bunny Lee’s as the artist credit would suggest.

A Little Tear was also issued on Jackpot by Trojan and is on the same rhythm as Stranger Cole’s Life Can Be Beautiful, released on Unity UN514B. There was a second cut on this rhythm by John Holt released in Jamaca only called I’ll Be Yours.

Slip Up is a sax version of Slim Smith’s Slip Away (UN520A). On Broadway was another big rhythm for Bunny Lee and featured on several releases on Unity including a first vocal cut by Slim Smith (UN510B), two different instrumental cuts (UN505A and UN509A) and a deejay version by Jeff Barnes and U Roy (UN568B).

Rent Crisis came out approximately three years after the previous release, Macabee Version. The revival of the Unity label in the 70′s was consitent with other Pama labels that were being started up again but as was often the case the revival was short lived.
