Big news of the re-issue front is that Rock A Shacka are putting out the near legendary Niney production Music Police on seven inch later this month. Music Police was recorded at Studio One circa 1971 and has long been assumed to be by the Sound Dimension but Rock A Shacka quote Niney in saying that the actual musicians were the core of the Upsetters band; Family Man, Carlton Barrett, and Alva Lewis alongside Jackie Mittoo.
This release comes on a copy of the original stamped blank label and should be available to buy from 21st January.
