    Onlyroots on a Highnote

The French Onlyroots crew continue to build on their impressive rosta of quality 70’s Roots reissues. This time round there are four mid/late seventies Sonia Pottinger productions released on the High Note label. Expect to pay around £8 each for these.

    • Chockey Taylor – False Dread/Version
First issued on a High Note 7″ circa 1978.
    • Reggae George – Fig Root/Version
Also originally on High Note Fig Root is an in demand tune on first press and has sold for several hundred pounds on ebay.
    • Sonya Spence – Peace & Unity/Version
Previously available on the LP In The Dark.
    • Novelette Barnett – Fire De A Town/Version
On High Note 7″ on first release.
