Mix Up

I’ve not had time to listen to many mixes lately but there are couple that I did check recently and really enjoyed.

First up is the ever dependable Deadly Dragon Sound with a late 80′s digital dancehall selection focussing on labels based in New York and called; NYC VIBES vol. 1: The Bad Bwoy Years. Some big tunes and some rare one’s too – no rubbish though.

Secondly and on a completely different tip. Ace Fabse out of Germany mixed up a few ska sides. I knew a fair few of the tunes already but I’m definitely not rich enough to own most of them! There is a higher proportion of vocal sides than you’d get on most ska mixes but it works.
